How do I upload my game?
In-order to upload your games today you will have to use our contest's upload page @ http://www.xpogames.com/contests/ (scroll down and select 'UPLOAD YOUR GAME'). Uploading your game to the contest today gives you the chance to win either stages of the contest but also a head-start over the entire community. Don't forget to integrate the toolkit into your games before you publish them, and then upload. Please note that games without toolkit integration cannot be accepted as contest entries and/or website content - when the website goes live.

How do I make money off of my games?
XPOGames is able to give developers a chance to profit as a result of weeks of negotiations with Google. AdSense units are spread throughout game-pages and are split evenly (50%-50%) between the website and the developer. Each developer will have his own statistics page where he will be able to track profits. Payments are made-out via Google themselves. Regarding the amount of money you can make - it's not a measureable number since it all depends on the amount of games you have on the site and the popularity of those games (i.e. how many people goto your game-pages). You can choose to get paid either by Check or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to a bank account of your choice. In addition, we hold monthly cash give-aways, contests, and more.. all in-order for you, the developer, to have the opportunities and to be able to profit as much as possible from your creations.

I've received an invitation to join your site. Who else did you send this invitation to?
The invitation was sent to a group of selected developers, found on various websites throughout the web. The developers were filtered by our level of interest in their creations in an attempt to reach an audience that is as relevant as possible.

In your invitation you mentioned tools that you will provide in-order to make development and website integration as easy and as smooth as possible. What are these tools?
The tools we provide are: (a) The Toolkit, which helps your games 'blend' into our website and use functions from the website's pages, such as saving high-scores, inserting way-points for specific challenges and more... (b) We will provide a download section with a-lot of downloadable 'goodies' in-order help you create a game, even if designing/audio isn't your specialty.

I've registered on the site in-order to upload my game to the contest, but now, when I try to login, I receive an 'incorrect password' notification. What's wrong?
Most chances are you've registered on the old site, signing up over there is pointless because the old website and the new one do not share the same database which means, they act like 2 different websites. Thus, if you want to participate in the game-uploading contest, you'll have to join the contest @ http://www.xpogames.com/contests/ and upload a game (or more!) after you've integrated our toolkit into it. Obviously, we'd love it if you do, that way you get both a chance to win either stages of the contest and a head-start in the community. Still not convinced?, Then you can just wait for the new community-website to go live and join that with the rest.

Looks like you have a well-written financial plan for developers who are looking to make money off of their work, but what about me, the hobbyist? Is there room for me on XPOGames?
Sure there is! We realize some people take flash-game developing as a hobby, and thus, our new website will present its registrants with an option to choose whether they want to enroll in our revenue plans, contests and/or monthly giveaways or not..

I am not 18 years of age yet, can I still join XPOGames?
Yes, you may still join the community and take part in all its features. However, you will not be enrolled in the website's revenue sharing plan, contests and monthly cash give-aways.
At registration, users will be given the option to choose an underaged or hobbyist account, both work on a non-profit basis but allow the registrant to participate in every and all the features that XPOGames has to offer!
Note that different countries go by different laws and in some, even the age 18 is yet to be considered eligible to receive payments. You will need to check your country's relevant laws to make sure that us paying you is considered legal in your country.

Do you sponsor games or fund development?
Yes we do. XPOGames has made co-operation with Google that allows each game developer on the website to make money. This is made possible by supplying developers with a platform to present their games on and the ability to make money off of them for as long as they are presented on the website.
Google's program is considered to be the best and most profitable plan available today. In-fact, profits from Google's ad program, 'AdSense', will potentially exceed most sponsorship profits.
In any case, If you've created a game that you really believe is the next big hit, we mean _really really_ believe so, and you would like us to consider an additional sponsorship step of branding it or funding its development, mail us @ sponsorship(at)xpogames.com.

Can I upload a game if I did not develop it especially for the contest or for XPOGames?
Yes you may!. We do not ask of you to develop a game that is exclusive to us, made especially for us or tailored to display our logo when it opens. You may submit any game that is already developed, already published and already sponsored.

Can I upload my game if it's already sponsored by a different website?
Yes you may. XPOGames does not require any sort of exclusivity for game submissions. You may submit any game that is already developed, already published and already sponsored.

Can I upload my game with MochiAds implemented?
Yes, you may publish games with MochiAds implemented into them, but by doing that you agree to waive all AdSense profits, which basically means you have to choose one ad-agent to profit from - if you choose MochiAds, you will not make money off of AdSense and if you choose to work with our AdSense service, you will have to cancel the MochiAds agent on your game(s).

I've uploaded my game but it's not showing on the website, why?
Game submissions are kept in our database to be published on the new community-website, once it's launched. Submitted games will not be posted on the old site.

What rights are imposed upon my submissions? Do I keep all the rights to my games?
The only right that we impose upon your games is the right to display them for a time period of 12 months, starting submission date. Nothing more.
Please be aware that reading through the Terms & Conditions, available as a link below, prior to submitting a game is more than advised.

May I increase my profits by clicking the AdSense ads on my game pages or by asking my friends to click them?
No and No. In-fact, this is considered to be an act of fraud in Google's book and can lead to your AdSense account being blocked or even shut-down.
Please take time to review all of Google AdSense's rules prior to enrolling in the plan - these can be found @ https://www.google.com/adsense/static/en_US/LocalizedTerms2.html.
